Our agency was at a point in time where we needed to elevate our online presence in order to gain the type of clients we wanted to work with. We had started gaining a few large accounts but knew in order to gain more we had to look the part. Our brand lacked simplicity and was cluttered with unneccessary content and visual elements, so we needed to simplify it all.
Goals and Objectives
The main goal was to simplify the content and overall visual style of the site to elevate the brand and give it a more sophisticated appeal. When people view the site we want users to feel like they are viewing a top marketing agency while also maintaining an approachable presence they can easily navigate and ultimately reach out and contact.
Design
Streamlining the process of getting users the information they needed was the first step in the process. Our content team stripped the fluff from the content and left only the most important information so the users had everything they needed to make an informed decision. After the content was changed we simplified the color palette and the overall layout of the site to make focusing easier for the user. All primary CTAs use the brand's primary orange in order to stand out throughout the site and provide consistency.
Results
By simplifying the content and visual presence of the website we have noticed a higher conversion rate among qualified users and more time spent on our service pages. Also we have increased our overall site speed by stripping away a majority of the unnecessary elements which has also led to more pages viewed per session.
